Education
Dr. Eric Vincent completed his undergraduate training at Colgate
University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. He
then received his Doctorate of Chiropractic, graduating summa
cum laude from New York Chiropractic College and subsequently
completed his clinical training at the Physical Medicine and
Rehabilitation Department of the Hartford Medical Group, an
affiliate of Hartford Hospital. Upon completing his studies,
Dr. Vincent spent four years as a Chiropractic Physician and
rehabilitation services coordinator at the Physical Medicine
and Rehabilitation Department of the Hartford Medical Group.
Here he worked in collaboration with other healthcare providers
including family practitioners, internists, physiatrists, neurologists,
and neurosurgeons.
Dr.
Vincent has extensive post-graduate training in the most current
spinal stabilization and rehabilitative exercise practices,
as well as a wide variety of manual and soft tissue therapy
techniques. His experience with sports injury treatment has
been furthered by the unique opportunity of attending a program
on elite sports science held at the Olympic Training Center
in Lake Placid, N.Y. Dr. Vincent continued his educational endeavors
by attaining an Acupuncture Certification for Physicians (AcCP).
Dr. Vincent is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic
Examiners and both the Connecticut and New York Board of Chiropractic
Examiners.
